Instructor Training and  Boot Camps

Samata Yoga instructors must maintain the highest of standards and must comply with minimum yearly training hours and minimum Samata Samashti Dharma workshops as determined by Durga Swami.

Students wishing to progress to Instructor status will have to demonstrate that they have attended structured Yoga classes for at least two years and then pass a full weeks intensive training program and assessment exam.

As part of on going requirements existing instructors must attend a series of  boot camps to maintain and improve their skills.
