Samata Yoga prides it self on conducting and tailoring classes so that any person of any age and in any state of health can practice Samata Yoga. Talk to any one of our instructors about your specific needs. We often tailor classes for groups of people with specific requirements

Requirements

  • Please wear loose clothing, including socks
  • Bring a blanket and small cushion
  • Do not eat large meals within 1 hour before a class
  • Do not drink, other than a few sips, before class.
